Breakfast

Let’s start with the breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day.

The first thing you should consume after you wake up, a glass of water with some lemon juice.

Drinking this lemon water will help to give your metabolism a jump start. It also purifies your body and removes harmful toxins.

Wait for 30 minutes, let the lemon water do its work and then you can have breakfast.

For breakfast, you will eat fruits, 2 of them. The best time to eat fruit is in the morning. Citrus fruits are preferable, but you can also go with apples, pears, etc.

Dry fruits, like almonds, hazelnuts, etc. are also good additions to breakfast.

Dinner should be consumed early, about 6-7pm is best.

The last meal of the day has 2 boiled eggs and a green vegetable salad, with a hint of olive oil.

After dinner is where your commitment to the diet will be tested.

You have to refrain from eating anything else until you go to bed.

Drink water and a couple of cups of green tea but nothing else.

The nutrients you have eaten throughout the day are enough and your body doesn’t need anything more.

That doesn’t mean that you can stop the cravings. Fight them and try to go to bed early to avoid the temptation of food.
