BRAVE Combat Federation returns to Pakistan on August 18 with a high-stakes featherweight bout as Rauan Bekbolat and Omar Solomanov get set to face off in the main event of BRAVE CF 85.
Solomanov announced himself as a featherweight title contender with his victory over Ilyar Askhanov at BRAVE CF 71, and will be looking ot make a similar statement against Bekbolat to earn himself a shot at the BRAVE CF featherweight title.
The Ukrainian fighter has a 12-2 record, and is undefeated in his three fights under the BRAVE CF banner. He’ll face a man who arrives in BRAVE CF riding a four-fight win streak, with all four wins coming via finish.
Kazakhstan’s Bekbolat will be making his BRAVE CF debut, and will be looking to make an instant impact as he looks to immediately put himself in the middle of the featherweight title conversation. The winner of the BRAVE CF 85 headliner could well be next to challenge the reigning BRAVE CF featherweight champion, Kyrgyzstan’s Nemat Abdrashitov.
The full fight card for BRAVE CF 85 is set to be announced in the coming days, with the event set to bring the BRAVE CF cage back to Pakistan in a repeat of the organisation’s first event in the country, BRAVE CF 17. The event will form the centrepiece of BRAVE International Combat Week, which will also feature the IMMAF Asian Championships.
