Anthony Joshua is going to fight Dillian Whyte on Saturday, December 12 at 02 Arena. Chances are that the winner of the fight will face Tyson Fury in the ring soon.
On Saturday, December 12, the undefeated British heavyweight boxer Anthony Joshua (14-0, 14 KOs) is going to fight Dillian Whyte, another unbeaten British professional boxer with a track record of 16-0 and 13 knockouts, at The 02 Arena in London. Joshua has already been in the ring with Whyte once in 2009 in his Amateur career. Joshua got defeated by Whyte and now wants to correct his wrongs. “I’ve got the chance to correct my wrongs,” said Joshua.
Joshua also commented on Fury vs. Klitschko and said that Fury has great fighting skills. He also said that he can beat Fury in the ring. People are not only waiting for Joshua vs. Whyte but also want to see a fight between Fury and Joshua. Joshua said, “Every time I’m pulling up at a petrol station or checking social media, everyone’s asking me when I’m going to fight Tyson Fury.”
Fury is the current WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO heavyweight title holder which makes all the fighters in his category want to fight him and get his titles. However, Fury vs. Joshua has many chances to happen as the fight has been being planned since a long time. Joshua’s next fight will possibly decide whether the fight (against Fury) is going to happen or not and according to Joshua, he is focused on his upcoming fight against Whyte. He said, “December 12 is my focus. I’ve got to get that win. I believe I can beat anyone so, yeah, I can beat Tyson Fury. The good thing is I’ve got people who want me to progress.
