The year may nearly be over, but there’s still one more big card of fights still to go in 2024.
OKTAGON MMA have had a phenomenal year, and they plan on closing out 2024 with a celebration of MMA, as OKTAGON 65, dubbed their “Biggest Night Ever,” is set to take place at Prague’s O2 Arena on December 29.
Headlining the event is the Tipsport Gamechanger Final between lightweight champion Ronald Paradeiser and featherweight champion (and former lightweight champ) Losene Keita, with the tournament title, the lightweight championship and a cool €300,000 on the line.
The co-main event also features championship stakes, as light heavyweight champion Karlos Vemola puts his 205-pound title on the line against surging contender Will Fleury. Ireland’s Fleury has been nothing short of outstanding since his arrival in the promotion, but against Vemola he faces the toughest test of his OKTAGON MMA career so far.
The vacant women’s bantamweight title will find a home, too, as Slovakia’s undefeated Lucia Szabova takes on Czech Republic’s Lucie Pudilova for the 135-pound crown.
