UFC 310 served up a host of exciting fights at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas as the final pay-per-view event of the year delivered another entertaining card of action.
In the main event, Alexandre Pantoja proved to be just too good for debuting title challenger Kai Asakura as he choked out the Japanese star in their flyweight title fight.
But perhaps the most interesting story came out of the co-main event, as Shavkat Rakhmonov defeated Ian Machado Garry after a very closely-contested five-round fight that saw the pair battle to the final bell.
Garry lost out for the first time in his career as he was edged out on the scorecards, but his stock has almost certainly risen as a result of his performance on Saturday night.

He also looks back at the other key results on the main card in Las Vegas, before turning his attention to a packed slate of MMA action this coming weekend, with Cage Fury Fighting Championships and Cage Warriors holding shows on Friday night, before the PFL Europe Championships and UFC Tampa on Saturday.
