Performance Of The Night
Israel Adesanya takes our performance of the night against an extremely smart and tough opponent in Jared Cannonier. He displayed ingenious levels of IQ while maintaining distance and damaging his opponent simultaneously. Though the match up was slower than the others on the card, Israel defended his title flawlessly. The 5th title defense to take back to the Kiwis.

Most Dominating Victory
Alexander Volkanovski for the most dominating victory over one of the entire UFCs most revered stars in Max Holloway. From the very first pairing of the two flyweights all the way to this third conclusion to the trilogy, Volkanovski has left no room in the rivalry for any doubts. Max even mentioned the champ in a tweet claiming him to be at the top of the P4P ranking.
I'm still up 2-0 on knockdowns for trilogy. Prob gonna need a 4th to settle this. 😂 Just playing. Congrats to my brother @alexvolkanovski . Go get that 55 strap. You earned the shot. You're #1 P4P right now. pic.twitter.com/5lUNWZVbRA

Knockout Of The Night
Alex Periera, performs the Knockout of the night with a technically brilliant fight sense. He created the perfect space for a clean left hook followed by a cross to the head of Sean Strickland who completely lost balance of the space-time continuum before landing on the cage floor.
Upset Of The Night
Robbie Lawler vs Bam Bam Barberena for the upset of the night. Whenever Robbie enters the octagon we know we will see a performance of epicly bloody proportions. However, this time he was on the receiving end of a dangerously powerful brawl from Bryan Barberana. Bam Bam overwhelmed Lawler with powerful strikes throughout. Eventually ending the match with a technical knockout as Ruthless Lawler could not continue.

The RDX Fight Of The Night
But The RDX Fight Of The Night goes to Brad Tavares Vs Dricus Du Plessis for an amazing showcase of willpower and strength. To start, what an excellent match up between two brilliant fighters at an equal level. No other match up presented as much equal possibility of winning or losing than this fight. Round 1 favored Tavares ever so slightly for his counters and reversals. Both Round 2 and 3 favored Du Plessis however and once more, not by much. Both rounds saw Du Plessis do damage to the face of Tavares, yet Tavares stood strong. Blood still pouring out of a cut on the nose of Tavares, he remained an immovable obstacle against his opponents pressure, throughout the match.
Until the final buzzer the match could easily have gone either way with the judges’ score cards and many are saying Tavares got the short end of the stick. However RDX believes both fighters won this round as an overall and both deserve a round of recognition from all of us fight fans.
UFC 276 was indeed a marvel in itself that kept us on the edge of our seats till the last round. We witnessed the best of the best in mixed martial arts at the top of their game. We know that the sport is evolving to be more competitive and exciting than ever before. Moving forward, all eyes are now on UFC 277 and its main card, which seems as exciting as it was for this last weekend.
