The UFC Octagon returns to Manchester, England for the first time in nearly eight years, as UFC 304 delivers a huge card of fights, 100 pay-per-views removed from the UFC’s last visit to the city.
The main event will feature a battle for the undisputed UFC welterweight title, as defending champ Leon Edwards puts his belt on the line against longtime contender Belal Muhammad.
The co-main event will also see championship action, as the the UK’s other UFC champion, Tom Aspinall, puts his interim heavyweight title on the line against Curtis Blaydes.
Those two rematches will form the top two fights of the card, but there’s plenty of action further down the card. King Green looks to halt the momentum of Paddy Pimblett, while Christian Leroy Duncan looks to continue his rise up the middleweight division against hard-hitting BJJ ace Gregory Rodrigues.
The main card kicks off with another UK star, Arnold Allen, who takes on Georgian striker Giga Chikadze in a mouthwatering featherweight clash.
All week, the UFC’s Embedded camera crews have been following the fighters around town as they complete their fight week preparations ahead of fight night in Manchester.
Per the UFC’s official YouTube page, in Episode 4: “Athlete check-ins wrap up for UFC 304; Champ Leon Edwards gets in a late night striking session; King Green goes for a swim; Belal Muhammad trains in the early morning; Curtis Blaydes hits pads in an alley; Media Day kicks off.“
