The spectacular Sphere plays host to a visual combat sports event unlike anything we’ve seen before for UFC 306: Riyadh Season Noche UFC.
The star of the show will be the Sphere itself, as the newest iconic venue in Las Vegas looks set to deliver a stunning audio-visual experience as the stars of the UFC compete inside the Octagon in front of 18,000 fans on Saturday night.
Headlining the event is a battle for the undisputed UFC bantamweight title, as reigning champion Sean O’Malley puts his belt on the line for the second time when he faces hard-charging Georgian contender Merab Dvalishvili.
There’s a title on the line, and a whole lot more, in the co-main event, as UFC women’s flyweight champion Alexa Grasso looks to turn back the challenge of the woman she defeated to win the belt, former champ Valentina Shevchenko, in a trilogy bout.
There’s also a high-octane matchup at featherweight, as former title challenger Brian Ortega faces Brazil-born, Mexico-based finisher Diego Lopes. And there’s also a host of Mexican stars on the card as the UFC looks to put on an unforgettable show on Mexican Independence Day weekend.
All week, the UFC’s Embedded camera crews are following the fighters from their homes all the way to Las Vegas as they go through their their fight week preparations ahead of fight night at the Sphere.
