Pettis and Nam are set to face off at UFC Fight Night 159 at 125 pounds.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has recently added Tyson Nam to its list of fighters. This will be the first time Nam fights in the Octagon in his professional Mixed Martial Arts career. According to a MMA Fighting report, the match is scheduled for September 21 Saturday.

Nam has scored successful consecutive wins in his career (16-9-1), making him a popular addition to UFC. The fighter has gained fame mostly due to his career within World Series of Fighting (WSOF) later rebranded to Professional Fighting League (PFL). Nam is one of the few fighters who have the experience of fighting in many different countries. Fans are excited to see the contender mix his experience from different countries within UFC. In comparison to others, UFC is now the most popular MMA organization. Therefore, fighters from Bellator or PFL often get recruited within UFC. Pettis on the other hand, seeks to re-establish his popularity after losing consecutively. The contender has a good fighter score (17-5) but he is far from being a fan favorite. Despite defeating top names like Joseph Benavidez, the fighter still has a long way to go.
