Conor McGregor is now widely regarded as an MMA superstar after beating Dennis Siver on Sunday, Jan. 18th, 2015 in TD Garden Boston, Massachusetts. McGregor kept landing kicks and hits on Siver which eventually grounded his opponent.

The crowd at TD Garden Boston celebrated Conor’s victory by waving Irish flags and chanting for their favorite man. Following the fight, McGregor is now considered as a fighter of the highest caliber by critics. Siver’s face was extremely swollen at the end of fight.

Right after his successful fight against Siver, McGregor announced that now he wants to take on the 145-pound king, Jose Aldo who is renowned as one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world.

Conor McGregor said: “Now Jose is next in line, he will be the next to learn that it’s not all talk, and it’s no joke”.

Aldo is the only fighter to have secured the UFC featherweight title and hasn’t lost any fights at all since November 2005. The speculation is that the fight may take place in May in Las Vegas when both of the fighters will be fit to compete. This matchup contains all of the ingredients of a classic bout that will keep fans wanting more.
