UFC Hall of Famer, BJ Penn has reportedly got involved in a fight during a visit to a night club in Pahoa, Hawaii.

Penn was spotted in the video at the Lava Shack on the Big Island on Tuesday where he got into a brawl with a guy and was seen punching him to the ground.  Cops were called to that incident and there was limited information about the reason of the fight, hence no arrests were made.

This is not the first time Penn has got into trouble. This past April, his estranged girlfriend was granted a restraining order against him after allegations of domestic abuse arose. However, Penn denied the claim and was not arrested nor charged with the crime.

The fifth-degree Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt was also allegedly involved in another incident with a strip club bouncer outside the bar in Hawaii earlier this year.

A former lightweight and welterweight world champion, Penn (16-14-2) competed in May at UFC 237, losing a unanimous decision to Clay Guida. The 40-year old has lost seven straight fights and has not recorded a win since November 2010.

Penn is expected to bout Nik Lentz soon, though no date has been set. UFC president Dana White has said the fight will be the last of Penn’s legendary career.
