Ice bath footage of Floyd Mayweather brings new hopes to fans around the world. Many have started thinking that the former champion is planning a possible comeback. The 42-year-old American retired as a heavyweight champion in four weight classes. He remains unbeaten in 50 fights throughout his nineteen-year career.

Floyd Mayweather retired in 2007 and came back from his retirement to defeat Manny Pacquiao and Conor McGregor. After his fight against the ‘Notorious’ back in 2017, there were rumors that the champ was interested in another match with Pacquiao. With footage on Mayweather’s Instagram channel where he is trying to keep himself in top shape, fans have started to believe that he is planning a comeback.

In the clip, Mayweather was sitting in a metal bath. A friend poured in a huge bucket of ice but the American does not appear to be fazed by it in any way.

The cold pieces rise to the top as the temperature inside plummets to speed up the recovery process.

Despite the cold, the champ continues to relax in the tub. Top athletes normally use an ice bath after a period of intense exercise. The clip amassed more than four million views overnight.

Here are some of the comments from different supporters.

“Champ getting ready for something”

Another commented: “Get back in the ring already.”

While a third made a huge claim about the lightweight divisions.

“Are you coming back,” they asked.

“Because boxing needs you. One more dance.”

And a fourth added: “Someone is training.”

Floyd’s father got back in the ring last month – but it did not end well.
