In these rounds, Floyd works on punching his punch bag for about 10 to 15.

Round 15-18

Floyd trains with the hand pads for the next 10-15 minutes with his coach. This time he works on different punching combinations, slips, and weaves.

Round 19-21

In rounds 19 to 21, Floyd works on his body shots. Executing the body shots with proper form targets the core muscles and builds up core strength. For these rounds, he takes the assistance of his trainer and the trainer wears a body pad to allow Floyd to land some great punches.

Round 22-26

Now Floyd gets back to the heavy bag and trains to enhance his endurance. Then he starts working on improving his speed and technique.

Round 27-29

After throwing punches at the punch bag, Floyd takes off his gloves and works with the speed bag. Speed bag works on the coordination between your eyes and hands.

Round 30-32
