Logan Paul needs no introduction in social media’s realm. The famous YouTube star is known for his love for experimentation, be it weird situations in real-life or locking horns inside a boxing ring. This year in February, 23-year-old Internet celebrity was challenged by British Internet star Olajide Olatunji, commonly known as KSI for a boxing match.  The bout was held as a series of fights that ended in a draw with the judges favoring KSI over Paul.

Post-fight Logan Paul didn’t shy away from showing interest in battling inside MMA ring.

“The thought of securing a fight in the [UFC] is exciting… could finally use my wrestling background… But I hear some other celebrities/athletes want to catch these hands first?”

However, though the young prodigy really wants a tantalizing affair inside the cage, the top official of UFC don’t seem too eager with the thought. UFC President Dana White thinks that Logan Paul is still inexperienced to face off the savage nature of a MMA fight and he might end up getting hurt. While talking to the media, this is what White had to say about the possibility of Paul fighting in UFC’s cage.

“Look, I have no hate for him. Look at the business that guy has built on YouTube and the number of pay-per-views they did on YouTube. They did 800,000 [buys] at 10 bucks for two guys that fight fans have never heard of. So he’s built a great business for himself and good for him. But trust me, don’t play around over here. You will get hurt.”

However, Logan Paul doesn’t seem too convinced with the seemingly wise counsel from Dana White. According to the young sensation, White is just concerned with the amount of money a fight would make and he views himself extremely gifted in this regard.

“Damn. you’re thinking real simple D. ‘He would get hurt badly.’ You let CM fight. Stop acting like you do it for the sport. Pay check = fight. You have no idea what I’m capable of.”

While Logan has brought CM’s fight into discussion, Dana White had already cleared off the dust on this one.

“I know everyone is going to say, ‘You let CM Punk fight in the UFC.’ CM Punk is one of the greatest guys you could ever meet. He’s a super good guy, he’s very passionate about the sport, and he put his reputation and everything on the line to come fight here, and I respect him for it. Obviously it didn’t work out for him, but he’s got a lot of heart and a lot of balls to do that.”
