Mayweather vs. McGregor press event at Las Vegas showcased chaotic scenes, chants, and boos from the fans. The first kickoff event of the fight week took place near the T Mobile Arena on Tuesday. It was the first time the explosive personalities of Floyd Mayweather, Conor McGregor, and Paulie Malignaggi came face to face.

The event is part of the build-up week for the Aug 26 fight and was attended by fighters on the Mayweather vs. McGregor undercard; and the main event fighters themselves.
The stars of the show were fashionably late for the event.
The fans in presence were shouting for the Irishman Conor McGregor and they cheered when he finally arrived at the scene.
Floyd Mayweather Jr., on the other hand, received boos as he arrived with his huge entourage.

Heated Confrontations
Fans were looking forward to seeing the two fighters come face to face but that didn’t happen. There was, however, a brief confrontation when Conor McGregor got into a heated conversation with a member of Floy Mayweather’s entourage.
Another fiery exchange happened when Conor McGregor met his former sparring partner Paulie Malignaggi. The two exchanged some words and had to be separated by security.
McGregor has clearly come out as the fan favorite, his reception at the event cemented that fact with fans chanting ‘We want Conor’. He does have his work cut out for him come Saturday against the 49-0 Mayweather.
He is confident and seems ready for the challenge but over in the other corner stands the boxing legend many consider to be one of the greatest boxers of all time.
Suffice it to say this fight will be one for the ages as these two polar opposites meet in the ring inside the T Mobile Arena on Saturday.
