Mayweather appreciates McGregor’s Entertainment Skills and the ‘Notorious’ gets knocked out?

“The Money Fight” press tour came to an end in London on Friday. The aggressiveness and trash talk was at its peak as both fighters once again too verbal jabs at each other. McGregor seemed to be on top if it all.

After stopping at Toronto and New York, where we heard the best and worst of the trash talk, the press tour made its final stop in London.

Both fighters met in a boxing ring for the first time.

Promoters had the right idea when they designed the stage to look like a ring. The fans loved it.

McGregor gets his groove back

After the New York presser, many criticized McGregor for his comments and he wasn’t his usual witty self. In the first two press conferences, he seemed to be in his element and they were more than what the fans expected.

McGregor seemed to get his groove back in London and let Mayweather hear it in front of a crowd of thousands that was hanging on his every word.

Then he called the bout “half a fight” because no one will be kicking or elbowing.

He went on to insult Mayweather’s financial troubles and all members of his entourage.

Mayweather had a huge disadvantage as the crowd kept chanting and telling him to sit down when it was his turn to talk.

He addressed them by saying “Give me some more chants and nursery rhymes. Y’all can’t fight for him.”

But the crowd remained rowdy and he hardly got any words out without hearing some chants.

Rumored Knockout

There are rumors or reports coming out that say that Conor McGregor may have gotten knocked out in one of his sparring sessions recently.

The source for the report is boxing great Jessie Vargas.

In a video uploaded recently, Vargas says that ‘Notorious’ was knocked out by a sparring partner, Bradley Wheeler, very recently.
But the rumor doesn’t seem to be credible as Bradly Wheeler hasn’t been inside the ring ever since he got injured in his fight.

His leg is in a cast.

And every other sparring partner has praised McGregor’s skill and power in the ring. Just last month one of his sparring partners, Irish boxer named Tiernan Bradley said that McGregor lifted him off his feet with an uppercut.

The most likely conclusion is that McGregor has been the latest victim of fake news.

Who won the trash talk battle?

After looking at all 4 press conferences, it is easy to see that Conor McGregor had the upper hand each time he was on stage with Mayweather.

He had the crowd on his side and he made quick, witty comments each time. To which Mayweather never seemed to have an equaling remark.

Brooklyn was an off day for Conor, but the rest of the cities was his undisputedly.

The hype will continue to build as we get closer and closer to Aug 26.

The fighters will finally be inside the ring and we can see who the winner is when it actually counts.
