Being the UFC middleweight champion is not enough for Michael Bisping, he is also one of the best trash talkers in the business. At UFC 217 he is set to take on the returning Georges St-Pierre and he is not holding back on mind games.

UFC 217 Knockout

Bisping is currently preparing for his bout against GSP, who is making his long-awaited come back to the UFC octagon.

According to sources, Bisping had made a very bold prediction regarding his UFC 217 fight at MSG. Bisping says that he will knock him [GSP] out in the first round.

GSP has been out of the sport for a while but he looks to be in top shape. He has only been knocked out once, and that was back in 2007 at the hands of Matt Sera.

He did get his revenge on Matt Sera by knocking him out.

There is a reason GSP is considered one of the best fighters in UFC history, he is not easy to knock out. But Bisping has obvious advantages entering the fight.

He is a natural middleweight, while GSP is a welterweight.

Bisping has been active and GSP is coming out of a long retirement.

So it will interesting to see what happens when these two enter the octagon to face each other.

Mind Games

It seems that Bisping is trying really hard to get under the skin of GSP.

Just recently he claimed that he spies watch GSP at all times and reporting back to him.

GSP is an experienced MMA fighter and has likely dealt with talk like this before and it shouldn’t faze him. But you have to give it to Bisping for this uniquely styled trash talk.

Has Bisping taken a page out of Mystic Mac’s (Conor McGregor) book and started correctly predicting the outcomes of fights?

It may be ‘The Count’s’ last fight so he may try to go out with a bang.

Only time will tell.

So what do you think, is the prediction going to turn out to be true? Let us in the comments below.
