Although an old-school technique, sit-ups and push-ups are one of the most effective forms of exercises. Lie on your back. Make sure that your legs are in a straight position and place your hands on the things. Start with a slow sit up while gliding the fingers down toward the knees. Then move to a sit-up tall position and slowly get back to the starting position while engaging the core muscles.

Core strength is one of the biggest motivators for doing sit-ups. It helps strengthen, tighten, and tone your core, while reducing the risk of back pain and injuries. You’ll be able to move with greater ease as you complete your daily routine and participate in athletic activities.

Deadlifts can be done with a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebell, or without any weight.

While doing a deadlift, always keep a flat back. This is one of the toughest training routines to indulge in, so make sure you have all the training equipment needed for a routine this demanding. Pushing your butt away from you while. lowering your torso will ensure that you are keeping your back activated. Keep a tight core and your chin up. You will feel a stretch on the way down in the backs of your legs i.e. your hamstrings. Bring the weights to your knees. When lifting, make sure you don’t round that back.
