The King Returns

This is a comeback fight for 31 year old Lyndon Arthur. The veteran Blackflash Promotions fighter has seen many wars in the ring, but it has been almost a year since he last tested his mettle against another professional. He’s been very active in his promotion of this fight and has had a lot to say about it and his love for boxing.

Lyndon is a former double champ himself. His last match against Anthony Yarde ended in a knockout loss and was not at all an easy match for him. Prior to that match he held the Commonwealth Boxing Council Light Heavy title and the WBO Inter-Continental Light Heavy title. Now he’s looking to return that same favor to another fighter on the rise. We can all be extremely excited for a knockout victory for the returning Flash fighter.

“I’ve never lost that love for boxing, I’ve always cared and committed to it the same,” said King Arthur. “There’s so many reasons behind my love for boxing and, even though I put my everything into the sport, I also owe the sport everything.”

“In the gym I have just been working on the small details that I think are necessary for me to improve. The focus has also been on sharpening them tools as well, taking my strengths and making them even more dangerous,” said Arthur. “It has been about developing my mindset as an athlete and myself as a boxer.”

“I can assure you one thing; you’re going to see a fighter who’s excited to be back in that ring,” he said. “You’re going to see a fighter excited to cause some damage and I’ll be working towards getting him out of there in explosive fashion.”

Walter “El Yacare” Sequeira:

Sequeira is the toughest opponent Lyndon’s ever faced with three belts and many title defenses to his name. El Yacare has a wild record of 17 knockout wins out of his 25 professional wins. Hence, Arthur has to be concerned about the possibility of another knockout artist hunting for his head. “The Alligator” Sequeira has been very active in the ring. Consistently taking two to three fights per year. He seems very confident in his ability to be able to recreate his previous success and respects Arthur for his skill and for taking the fight.

Sequeira currently holds WBC Latino Light Heavy title, WBA Inter-Continental Super Middleweight title and the Federación Argentina de Box Argentina Light Heavyweight title. Though the fight isn’t a title fight both fighters are taking this bout extremely seriously and Sequeira has even said on a few of his posts that “We’re going to war there(Bolton University Stadium)”

RDX is extremely excited to be seeing Lyndon back in the game and fighting such a reputed opponent. He has picked an explosive challenger for himself and we sincerely hope he can handle the challenge of making a comeback. Alongside Pat Barrett, we also believe in a knockout finish to end the match. But more than anything we wish to see King Arthur raise his sword for victory once more.
